Water 'wars' are breaking out in regions where we try to limit unsustainable agricultural methods involving irrigation which leaves the river habitats high and dry.... at least I imagine those are the issues.

Would some charismatic leader eco-warrior please come forward and lead the counter revolution for sustainability -(costly as it is in the short term)?
