Prison chapel with the strangest ever fit-out.  Each person stood in their own tall compartment, a tall narrow door swung and divided them apart and one side of the room was divided from the other side. An old style choir and a preacher played over and over for us tourists.
Assylm. I doubt that women prisoners were held in Port Arthur. But has the system progressed?  Women are badly forsaken while in health 'care' according to the latest reports from Victoria. Is the report a game changer?  We must lift our game.
