Encouragment, yes, yet the message is tongue in cheek, I can't explain it. Would you believe another FULL page advert is even more tongue in cheek. I almost saw what it meant. It must be postmodernism!! And thanks for the interest - sunnies - spot on!. And as to HTML etc I will have to psyche myself up and visit there, thanks peter chen.

Thanks for your comment a my place. We have similar issues here but I think that similar types of promotion have only caused to emphasis the divide in the long term. Here it is about social economics though.
